Elevate your cacao rituals with our exquisite handcrafted ceremonial cacao cup. Each cup is meticulously designed to enhance the rich, immersive experience of your cacao journey. No two pieces are alike and they are thoughtfully shaped to fit comfortably in your hands, enhancing your connection to this medicine. They hold just the right amount of cacao for a single serving, allowing for a full sensory experience.
We have created two earthy, intricate designs inspired by ancient cacao traditions:
- White cup with brown pillars: The pillars represent the four elements and cardinal directions to which cacao is traditionally offered, in addition to the universe and the earth. The colour also reflects the essence of the cacao bean. The texture of the cup provides a smooth, tactile sensation in your hands.
- Brown cup dipped in green: This design aims to represent the colours of cacao and the earth, featuring a textured surface with root-like patterns. Holding this cup feels like cradling the earth in your hands, deepening your connection to your elixir.
Enhance your ceremonial practices with a cup that is as special as the moments it helps create and indulge in the ritual, sip by sip.
The cups are individually handmade by the artist Ioulia at Babau Ceramics.

How to prepare:
- Suggested Doses: 10-20g for a daily dose; 30-40g for a ceremonial dose.
- Mixer: The original and ceremonial way uses water as the basic element, however you will find alot of people using milk to make it smoother and creamier. Our suggestion would be to use organic, natural plant-based milk options. For one serving, you can use use 200ml or more water/milk, depending on how intense you want your elixir to be.
- Additions: You can have your cacao just with water, or you can add spices like cayenne pepper, or sweeteners like honey or agave, or petals. Some even add coconut oil. Creativity knows no bounds.
