How to prepare:

• Suggested Doses: 10-20g for a daily dose; 30-40g for a ceremonial dose.
• Mixer: The original and ceremonial way uses water as the basic element, however you will find alot of people using milk to make it smoother and creamier. Our suggestion would be to use organic, natural plant-based milk options. For one serving, you can use use 200ml or more water/milk, depending on how intense you want your elixir to be. 
• Additions: You can have your cacao just with water, or you can add spices like cayenne pepper, or sweeteners like honey or agave, or petals. Some even add coconut oil. Creativity knows no bounds.
